About Me

I graduated from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in 2005. I have had extensive treatment experience in upper back, neck, and lower body dysfunction caused by work injuries, stress, motor vehicle accidents and sports-related injuries.

I have always been fascinated by the human body; it’s ability heal and push beyond all imaginable limits. One of the most amazing gifts massage therapy has given me is an ability to better understand my own body. I have fallen deeply in love with yoga over the past few years and make it a daily goal to get some form of exercise. As a therapist I work hard to make my clients understand the benefits of stretching, exercise and time for themselves. I strive to make each treatment personalized, and assist each client with attaining a healthier and more active lifestyle.
